  • Is the promotion offer REALLY free?
    • Yes, there is no charge for the Try Me Promotion. We want you to experience how flexible and user-friendly our system REALLY is. We know you’ll enjoy the experience.
  • I already have a full plate – will I be able to add this project?
    • Yes, the promotion is designed to be “full plate-friendly”. Just pick any five (or more) exhibits to add audio content to and repurpose or create the content on the exhibits (about 1.5 - 2 minutes of audio per stop will do). Then dial our content recording line and follow the prompts to create your audio files. Next, go into your My OnCell account and assign the files to the applicable stop number. We’ve even included a sign template file for you to use!
  • Do I have to buy equipment to support the tour?
    • Of course not! Our audio interpretation solution leverages emerging trends in the wireless industry – over 70% of your visitors carry cell phones. They already have the equipment they need to take the tour. Buying, maintaining, recharging, and redeploying equipment for visitors just doesn’t make sense anymore.
  • Where do I go for web interface instructions?
    • Once you have registered for the promotion and created an account in “My OnCell” click on “Support” on the right side menu to download informational files.
  • Can I continue to add audio content to exhibits during the promotion period?
    • Yes, we encourage you to add and edit content to get a good understanding of how easy our system is to use. You can start with a 5 stop tour and add more as you go!
  • Will I be able to track results of the tour?
    • Yes, our Customer Dashboard and Statistics Screens allow you to see very detailed information about your tour visitors.
